Allison Brooks Janney, an American actress, was born in 1959. Her performance on screen and stage have been praised over the course of her three-decade-long career. There were also nominations in Two Tony Awards. Janney was born in Boston and grew up at Dayton (Ohio). Her Kenyon College graduation earned her a scholarship for The Royal Academy of Dramatic Art.
